We are looking to recruit an SC Cleared Dynamics 365 Developer for a global technology company to support the delivery of business-critical Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform solutions within a highly regulated, high-profile environment. This is a hybrid role and you will be required to work onsite in central London 2 days a week. This role would suit a hands-on developer with strong experience across the full software development lifecycle, including Agile and DevOps delivery, CI/CD, automated testing and modern engineering practices.
You will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring and supporting Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, working closely with technical and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable and reliable applications.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, develop and support Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions
- Build custom .NET workflows, plug-ins and integrations
- Work across the full software development lifecycle, from requirements through to deployment and support
- Support Agile and DevOps delivery practices, including CI/CD, automated regression testing, TDD and monitoring
- Develop and support integrations using Azure services such as Logic Apps, Azure Functions and Service Bus
- Work with Power Pages, Power BI and wider Microsoft Power Platform tooling
- Support the creation of Copilot Studio agents and AI-enabled business solutions
- Collaborate with project teams, business users and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
- Use tools such as Jira and DevOps toolchains to manage delivery activity
Skills and experience required:
- Strong Dynamics 365 development experience
- Experience programming custom .NET workflows and plug-ins
- Good knowledge of Power Pages and Power BI
- Good knowledge of Azure cloud services, particularly Logic Apps, Functions and Service Bus
- Knowledge of Copilot Studio and creating agents
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and associated tools such as Jira
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps toolchains
- Experience working across the full SDLC
- Understanding of continuous delivery, automated regression testing, TDD and monitoring
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
