  • Undertake route assessments and site visits (including ports, delivery locations, and infrastructure pinch points).
  • Capture and document route data including measurements, photos, restrictions, risks, and access limitations.
  • Support the identification of pinch points and work with technical teams to develop mitigation or alternative solutions.
  • Liaise with internal teams, local authorities, consultants, and third parties regarding routing, permitting, and constraints.
  • Assist in interpreting cargo drawings, dimensions, and manoeuvrability requirements.
  • Contribute to ensuring all transport activities meet health, safety, quality, and environmental (HSQE) standards.
  • Attend client, site, and internal planning meetings as required.
  • Respond to operational queries to support the successful delivery of transport movements.

  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable producing clear, structured reports and documentation.
  • Confident communicator, able to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
