We are working with an established organisation seeking a technically strong, systems-minded Zoho Developer to take ownership of its internal Zoho ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of business operations and software development, helping to turn workflow challenges into effective automation while ensuring the Zoho suite remains reliable, secure and well-optimised. This is a hands-on build-and-support position. The successful candidate will be involved in designing new solutions, improving existing systems and troubleshooting live issues across the business.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop and maintain custom functions, workflows and automations across the Zoho suite using Deluge scripting
- Provide first and second-line technical support for internal users across Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator and Zoho Analytics
- Build and maintain Zoho Creator low-code applications to support business processes
- Integrate Zoho applications with internal and third-party systems using Zoho Flow, REST APIs and webhooks
- Manage user roles, profiles, permissions and data security across Zoho platforms
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements and translate operational needs into technical specifications
- Monitor system health, proactively identify issues and implement improvements to performance and reliability
- Document system configurations, custom code and support procedures for knowledge transfer
- Plan and support Zoho upgrades, migrations and new module rollouts with minimal disruption
- Hands-on Deluge scripting experience, including custom functions, scheduled scripts and connections
- Strong Zoho CRM configuration experience, including layouts, modules and Blueprint
- Zoho Creator application development experience
- Working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON and OAuth 2.0
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug Deluge code independently
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with Zoho Analytics, Zoho Books or Zoho Inventory
- Experience with Zoho Flow automation and third-party integrations
- Familiarity with SQL or data querying concepts
- General web scripting knowledge, including JavaScript
- Zoho certification in one or more products
- Previous experience in an internal IT, systems support or business systems role
