The purpose of this engagement is to support the design and implementation of a future-state administrative support operating model that is:
- Efficient, cost-effective, and scalable

The consultant will build on the Ignite review findings and Strategic Change Team process mapping to develop a robust, evidence-based organisational design.
Objectives:
- Translate 'as-is' and 'to-be' process insights into organisational requirements.
- Design a future operating model that supports efficient administrative delivery.
- Ensure alignment between structure, roles, capability, and demand.
- Enable leadership decision-making through evidence-based options.
- Support the development of an implementable and sustainable organisational structure.
You will have at least 5 years organisational design experience and ideally would have worked in the Public Sector. This role requires security clearance.
