We\’re working with a growing and values-led organisation looking to recruit an experienced Sales Executive to join their friendly and driven team. You\’ll handle warm inbound and outbound enquiries from individuals who have actively reached out for support – no cold calling involved. You\’ll play a crucial role in guiding prospective clients through the initial stages of the customer journey, understanding their needs, clearly explaining services, and securing their commitment to move forward.
Key Responsibilities Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls with people who\’ve made an enquiry via the website or by phone Ask the right questions to fully understand individual client needs and circumstances Communicate clearly and professionally about the services available and how they can help Send timely, accurate and persuasive follow-up communication via email or letter Maintain detailed records in the CRM system and follow up with prospects as needed Confident in handling live inbound enquiries (30-60 minutes) and competent with follow up calls showing empathy and professionalism. Leading callers through a structured needs assessment, identifying eligibility and explaining next steps Clearly articulating the service offering, funding entitlements, and value proposition Managing a short 9-day sales cycle
What We\’re Looking For A background in telesales, recruitment, or consultative B2B/B2C sales A confident, warm, and articulate communicator who builds trust quickly High emotional intelligence – able to listen deeply, uncover pain points, and respond with clarity Resilience and drive – this is a high-volume, emotionally sensitive environment A fast learner who thrives in a structured, high-performance team Proven experience in a Sales Executive, Sales Advisor, or Telesales role Ability to close a sale through trust, rapport, and effective communication Motivated and target-driven, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining a client-first approach CRM/sales system experience is a plus
