An experienced Senior Blue Prism Developer is required to join a growing automation team delivering a programme of business-critical RPA solutions within a large public sector organisation.
With a strong pipeline of work already identified, you'll play a key role in designing, developing and deploying Blue Prism automations that improve efficiency, reduce manual effort and support critical operational services. This is a hands-on role requiring strong Blue Prism expertise alongside the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders, understand business processes and translate requirements into effective automation solutions.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial Blue Prism development experience
- Proven track record delivering multiple end-to-end RPA solutions
- Experience creating detailed business requirements and Process Definition Documents (PDDs)
- API integration experience and an API-first approach
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable automation solutions
