About the Role:
As a Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in planning and executing B2B marketing strategies and campaigns for a diverse range of clients. You will collaborate closely with senior team members to ensure the successful delivery of campaigns that align with client goals and drive measurable ROI.
What will you be doing?
- Working directly with the Account Director and Strategy Director to implement marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Understanding client goals and contribute to creating integrated marketing strategies that align with these objectives.
- Presenting research and marketing strategies to clients and prospects.
- Analysing campaign performance and work with senior team members to optimize and refine strategies.
- Oversee and support the Marketing Executives in executing campaigns.
What is the client looking for?
- Ideally experience in a marketing agency environment.
- Proven experience in running successful B2B marketing strategies and campaigns across various sectors.
- Familiarity with working with SME clients and owner-managers.
- A commercial mindset with a focus on delivering measurable marketing results.
- Knowledge of inbound marketing techniques and familiarity with HubSpot (a bonus!).
- Strong client management and presentation skills.
This role will be based out of our client's offices in Birmingham 4 days per week - you have the option of working from home on either a Monday or a Friday.
