Salesforce Implementation Project Manager
Contract: 6-12 Months | Rate: £500-£600 per day (Inside IR35) | Location: Hybrid - Oxfordshire / Hampshire We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Implementation Project Manager to join a large-scale digital transformation programme within a complex, enterprise-level organisation.
To be considered for this role, you must have successfully delivered multiple end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects as the Project Manager, taking projects from initiation through to go-live.
Unfortunately, candidates who have not led multiple Salesforce implementations cannot be considered.
The Role You'll lead the delivery of multiple Salesforce implementation projects, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and third-party suppliers to ensure successful outcomes across the full project lifecycle.
Working across Salesforce Core, Mule Soft and Agentforce, you'll play a key role in delivering modern, integrated digital services and driving business transformation.
What We're Looking For Essential A proven track record of delivering multiple end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects as the Project Manager.
Experience leading Salesforce projects from business case and discovery through design, build, testing, deployment and go-live.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior leaders, business users, technical teams and third-party suppliers.
Strong project governance, planning, RAID management, reporting and financial management experience.
Experience delivering complex technology projects within large, matrix-managed organisations.
Experience working within Agile and/or hybrid delivery environments.
Desirable Experience with Salesforce Core, Mule Soft, Agentforce or the wider Salesforce ecosystem.
Essential Requirements You must have delivered multiple end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects as the Project Manager.
You must be UK-based and have continuously resided in the UK for the last five years.
Able to work on a hybrid basis across Oxfordshire and Hampshire.
