The purpose of this engagement is to support the design and implementation of a future-state administrative support operating model that is:

  • Efficient, cost-effective, and scalable
  • Enabled by streamlined processes and appropriate technology
  • Aligned to organisational priorities and demand
  • Capable of delivering high-quality, consistent support across the Force

The consultant will build on the Ignite review findings and Strategic Change Team process mapping to develop a robust, evidence-based organisational design.

Objectives:

  • Translate 'as-is' and 'to-be' process insights into organisational requirements.
  • Design a future operating model that supports efficient administrative delivery.
  • Ensure alignment between structure, roles, capability, and demand.
  • Enable leadership decision-making through evidence-based options.
  • Support the development of an implementable and sustainable organisational structure.

You will have at least 5 years organisational design experience and ideally would have worked in the Public Sector. This role requires security clearance (NPPV30 TPBN1_UKTJ).
