My client. a leading Legal practice are looking to recruit a Locum Corporate Partner to join their Corporate Practice to play a pivotal role in managing a caseload, incorporating a full range of M&A, Transactions, Re-organisations and restructuring matters.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of a mixed case load incorporating a full range of M&A, Transactions, Re-organisations and restructuring matters.
  • Ensure clients receive accurate, up-to-date legal advice that takes account of their circumstances and represents \’value for money\’.

About you:

  • Robust background in Corporate Arena – M&A, Transactions, Re-organisations and restructuring
  • Good attention to detail, adept problem-solving skills, and a strong commercial acumen.
  • Exceptional technical proficiency and drafting skills.
