Our client, a well-established business supplying quality B2B products, is currently recruiting for a Sales Account Manager to join their existing team.

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a dynamic and professional Account Manager responsible for promoting and selling our client’s range of products to an existing portfolio of customers, building strong customer relationships and maximising sales with existing customers.

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Provide full support with management run campaigns and supporting marketing material
  • Identify, develop and maintain excellent relationships with existing customers, whilst actively seeking new business opportunities
  • Respond promptly to telephone and email enquiries for client’s products, with full support from our management and purchasing teams
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, bespoke pricing and contracts
  • Regularly review gap analysis with existing reporting software applications
  • Proactively generate enquiries via telephone, email, and marketing campaigns
  • Manage sales pipelines efficiently, through CRM record keeping and follow up activities

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Experience managing customer accounts within a B2B product industry
  • An excellent telephone manner and strong presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general IT skills
  • Organised and structured approach to work with attention to detail
