We're looking to recruit a Head of Client Delivery for a leading technology consultancy. This is a senior leadership role for someone who has managed complex technology delivery across multiple customers, teams and workstreams. The organisation is looking for someone who can bring structure, consistency and commercial focus to a busy delivery environment, while helping teams deliver great outcomes for customers.
You'll lead a team of delivery professionals, support senior customer relationships, improve visibility around delivery performance, and help create clearer, more consistent ways of working across the business. The role is London-focused, with hybrid working expected around 2-3 days per week in the office.
As Head of Client Delivery, you will oversee delivery performance across a broad range of technology-led customer engagements. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across delivery, commercial, operations and technology teams to ensure customer commitments are well managed, risks are visible, and delivery teams have the structure and support they need to succeed.
Key responsibilities will include:
