My client, a premier supplier of commercial catering equipment are looking to recruit a Finance Manager to join their growing business.
Responsibilities:
Recording Financial Transactions
- Enter daily financial transactions into accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
Managing Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Track incoming payments (accounts receivable).
- Prepare and send invoices to clients/customers.
- Monitor overdue invoices and follow up on collections.
- Record and schedule outgoing payments (accounts payable).
- Reconcile vendor statements.
Bank and Credit Card Reconciliation
