We are looking to recruit a Cloud Network Consultant for a growing technology consultancy delivering solutions across public sector and enterprise clients. This role will suit a strong network consultant with experience across on-premise environments who has developed cloud networking capability, particularly within Azure. You will be working across a range of client projects, designing and delivering network solutions that span traditional infrastructure and hybrid cloud environments. This is a hands-on role requiring someone comfortable working independently, engaging with clients and delivering end-to-end solutions across a variety of environments.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and deliver network solutions across on-premise and cloud environments
- Support hybrid cloud connectivity, including migrations to and from cloud platforms
- Implement and support networking technologies including routing, switching, firewalls and SD-WAN
- Work closely with clients to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions
- Contribute to technical design documentation and architecture
- Support and optimise network performance across a range of environments
- Operate across multiple projects, managing priorities and delivering to deadlines
Key experience:
- Strong background in networking, including routing, switching and firewalls
- Experience with Azure and hybrid cloud networking concepts
- Exposure to cloud migrations and connectivity between on-premise and cloud environments
- Comfortable working in a client-facing role with strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of delivery
- SC clearance highly desirable or willingness to undergo clearance
