HR Advisor

Home based - UK

2 month Initial contract

My client are recruiting for a HR Advisor to provide HR Business Partner and HR Administration support for a SME, owning HR administration, Compliance with employment legislation and contributing to various HR initiatives

Duties:

  • Mange employee lifecycle (on-boarding and off-boarding of employees)
  • HR Administration and Compliance, creating and managing Policies
  • Own recruitment & Talent management
  • Maintaining accurate employee records on HR system
  • Ensuring all HR documentation complies with legal and company standards
  • Liaise with Finance to ensure timely and accurate processing and administering employee benefits
  • HR Projects & Systems – supporting implementation of new policies and procedures
  • Assisting with Employee Wellbeing

Key Skills:

  • Significant R Business Partnering experience
  • Significant HR Administration experience
  • Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
  • Excellent Organisation & Time Management skills
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ideally CIPD Qualified
