We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Intern to join our EuroNorth Sales Operations Team in Warwick. In this role, you will support operational activities, reporting processes and business performance analysis while working closely with a team of experienced Operations specialists. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in sales operations, process optimization, KPI tracking and cross‑functional collaboration within an international business environment. The position offers a 12–15 month internship with a 40-hour work week.
Role Description & Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Operations Team in daily operational activities and ongoing projects
- Prepare and maintain operational reports, dashboards and business data analysis
- Assist in tracking and analyzing KPIs to measure business performance and operational effectiveness
- Contribute to process optimization initiatives and help identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with different stakeholders and departments to ensure smooth operational execution
- Participate in ad hoc projects and administrative tasks related to Sales Operations
The exact scope of responsibilities will be defined during the preparation phase and at the beginning of the internship.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master Degree (completed or ongoing studies) in Business, Economics, Data Science, Management, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
- Proactive attitude, responsiveness and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to think outside the box and contribute innovative ideas
- Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken with excellent presentation skills
