As a Sales Associate Graduate you will be joining Dassault Systèmes’ Core Manufacturing Sales team, working with the Growth Leaders to define & execute pipeline growth and go-to-market strategies. You will be a key member of the team, both representing Dassault Systèmes externally (events, customer meetings etc.) as well as transforming our internal operations to build new pipeline.

Program Overview & Responsibilities
Whilst you will be hired into a permanent position, the initial 12 months will be spent in alignment with our Graduate Program, which provides an exciting opportunity for you to work with internal teams and customers on specific projects across a broad range of industries and product brands; give you the opportunity to broaden your horizons, getting up to speed and learning from our inspiring talent!
- Building a good understanding of Dassault Systèmes as a company, its history, ethos and strategy; developing a good understanding of the 3EXPERIENCE Platform and familiarizing yourself with 3DEXPERIENCE Core Manufacturing Solution Experiences and associated bench demonstrations and completing necessary trainings.
- Supporting the Industry Growth leaders in all commercial activities, whether developing new business or supporting transformation of internal operations to build new pipeline.
- Supporting Sales and Commercial initiatives for the customers working closely with our Client Solutions Executives, Brand sales and Partner channels to build compelling and transformational business value propositions based on our 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
- Preparing proposal and sales material, tracking meeting actions and supporting internal commercial processes.
- Organising and facilitating solution and information gathering workshops with our customers and working with stakeholders within the Dassault Systèmes ecosystem to ensure we deliver the best possible solutions.
Qualifications
- Degree qualification in Business Studies, Economics, Manufacturing, Engineering or related degree.
- Demonstrate passion and a keen interest in Business and Business Development.
- Demonstrated interest in applied AI and automation is a plus.
- Articulate your avid interest in selling, the sales process and managing a business.
- Demonstrate commercial awareness with the ability to communicate with passion.
- Able to work in an agile environment within a culturally diverse and matrixed organisation.
- Fluent in the English language with sound communication and negotiation skills.
