The Growth Marketing Program Specialist accelerates business growth by designing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive measurable pipeline creation, opportunity conversion, and bookings, with specific focus on the Aerospace & Defense (A&D), Transportation & Mobility (T&M) industries and Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) for Northern Europe (EURONORTH). This role can be based at our Warwick, UK or Cork, Ireland offices.
Role Description & Responsibilities
- Partnering with EURONORTH leadership, Industry Sales and Growth Leaders, to identify growth levers and define marketing strategies that enable pipeline acceleration and revenue growth.
- Translate business and sales priorities for A&D and T&M industries for EURONORTH into actionable, insight-driven marketing programs; co-create plans with A&D and T&M Industry Leadership Executive that strengthen customer intimacy and expand wallet share.
- Lead and execute MBSE Marketing Program for EURONORTH, driving collaboration and initiatives with MBSE leadership and experts to serve our current and future client community.
- Embed EURONORTH execution plans, ensuring clear visibility with Marketing Leadership, GEO XCOM and traceable contribution to opportunity creation across 3DS engagement models.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Industry & Brand Marketing, Digital & Events, and Partner Marketing to orchestrate multi-touch growth programs delivered by the EURONORTH Marketing team.
- Review program performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI continuously and course correct to optimize business impact across EURONORTH direct and indirect channels; and represent marketing as a strategic partner to the business, ensuring programs reflect 3DS priorities and deliver measurable value to sales.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B marketing or growth strategy, ideally within enterprise software or complex solutions organizations.
- Demonstrable success in partnering with senior sales and Brand leaders to drive measurable pipeline and bookings outcomes across direct and indirect channels.
