We are seeking a dynamic and rigorous candidate with a strong drive for action, strategic thinking, quantitative analysis, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
You will join our Strategic Deal Structuring team, supporting major business transformation initiatives across various sales organizations. Your primary mission will be to shape and execute strategic deals from early stages through to executive decision-making, contributing to pre-sales efforts and cross-functional collaboration.
The team provides to Sales leaders a structure to articulate 3DS value proposal in the context of customer strategic ambition, delivering fast and high-quality deliverables with short turn-around time.
Role Description & Responsibilities
You will lead critical activities that contribute to the success of strategic customer engagements across multiple industries and Northern European geographies. Your responsibilities will be clearly defined for each customer opportunity and typically include:
- Design and craft dynamic, scalable financial models to support business scenarios financial evaluations.
- Support customers and technical sales experts to establish several scenarios and integrate assumptions into financial models
Translate complex datasets into actionable insights for executive stakeholders and board-level reporting.
Deal Structuring & Commercial Finance
- Lead financial analysis and structuring of strategic partnerships, including pricing projections and different ramp up scenarios.
- Collaborate with legal, tax, and commercial teams to assess financial implications of deal terms, revenue recognition, and risk exposure.
Support sales negotiation strategy as necessary by providing financial consequences of options considered
Business Partnering
- Partner with product and go-to-market teams to align financial goals with strategic execution.
- Work with solution architects and change management experts to create transformation scenarios aligned with financial benefits
- Lead the final consolidation of 3DS proposal including description of the solution, delivery model, business benefits, pricing and overall narrative
Qualifications & Experience
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA or MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in Audit, Consulting, corporate finance, or investment banking, ideally within a tech or software/SaaS environment.
- Deep expertise in financial modelling, with a strong grasp of business process metrics and valuation methodologies.
- Advanced Excel and modelling skills; experience with SQL, Power BI, Anaplan, or similar tools is a plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
