We are hiring a Sales Transaction Support Specialist within our Business Planning and Operations team at Dassault Systèmes (3DS). The Sales Transaction Support Specialist provides operational and transactional support to 3DS Sales teams and Partners across three core areas: renewals support, contract and accreditation management, and general partner helpdesk support. The role ensures that sales transactions, contract activities, and partner requests are handled accurately, efficiently, and in line with 3DS processes.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with Sales Experts, Partner Sales Managers, and internal stakeholders, supporting Partners with ordering, installed base events, license administration, and non-selling enquiries.
- Acting as a trusted operational point of contact, helping Partners and 3DS Sales navigate processes, resolve issues, and maintain high data quality—ultimately supporting Dassault Systèmes’ commercial performance.
- Proactively support the renewals process by partnering with the 3DS Sales Team to assist partners with their customer renewals as needed, provide transactional and process support, and ensure all renewals are accurately processed and completed within required timelines.
- Follow and adhere to 3DS processes including, but not limited to, Opportunity Management, Data Quality and accuracy, Quotations and Forecasting.
- Support quarter end closing across multiple stakeholders – legal/finance/order management/revenue recognition.
- Propose enhancements and provide feedback related to Operations: Renewal, Contract Sales Operations, Transaction Support, Order Management or a similar role within a client or partner centric organization.
- Proven experience supporting sales execution and complex transactions, ideally across renewals, contracts, or licensing models (subscription and/or perpetual).
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Legal, Order Management) in a matrixed environment.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain processes clearly to Partners and Sales teams.
- Demonstrable experience of managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and performing effectively in a fast-paced, quarter-end-driven environment.
