Job Overview

As a Sales Associate Graduate you will be joining Dassault Systèmes' (#3DS. com) Core Manufacturing Sales team, working with the Growth Leaders to define & execute pipeline growth and go-to-market strategies.

You will be a key member of the team, representing Dassault Systèmes externally (events, customer meetings, etc.) and driving the transformation of internal operations to build new pipeline.

The role will begin in a permanent position, with the first 12 months aligned to our Graduate Program, providing an opportunity to work with internal teams and customers across a broad range of industries and product brands.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Industry Growth leaders in all commercial activities, whether developing new business or supporting transformation of internal operations to build new pipeline.
  • Assisting Sales and Commercial initiatives for customers by working closely with Client Solutions Executives, Brand sales and Partner channels to build compelling and transformational business value propositions based on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
  • Preparing proposals and sales material, tracking meeting actions and supporting internal commercial processes.
  • Organising and facilitating solution and information gathering workshops with customers and collaborating with stakeholders within the Dassault Systèmes ecosystem to deliver the best possible solutions.
  • Receiving intense training, development and support; using the graduate program as a pathway to more responsible roles within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Degree qualification in Business Studies, Economics, Manufacturing, Engineering or a related field.
  • Demonstrated passion and keen interest in Business and Business Development.
  • Interest in applied AI and automation is a plus.
  • Articulate avid interest in selling, the sales process, and managing a business.
  • Demonstrated commercial awareness with the ability to communicate with passion.
  • Ability to work in an agile, culturally diverse and matrixed organization.
  • Fluent in the English language with sound communication and negotiation skills.
