Overview
As a Graduate Indirect Sales Associate, you will support the development and execution of partner-led growth initiatives across assigned markets and industries.
Responsibilities
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify potential growth opportunities with assigned industries and territories; support Industry Growth Leaders in translating market insights into growth initiatives and sales actions and contribute to lead management activities, progressing opportunities through the sales funnel in collaboration with internal teams and partners.
- Gather and analyze market and competitive intelligence to support sales planning and partner engagement, monitor partner pipeline activity and track sales opportunities across assigned territories; prepare reports and provide insights to help prioritize opportunities for joint "sell-with" activities and maintain accurate pipeline/CRM data.
- Collaborate with channel partners and internal stakeholders to support opportunity qualification and development; assist partners throughout the sales cycle by coordinating internal resources and providing sales support; support lead generation activities, including prospect identification, market mapping, and opportunity research and facilitate effective collaboration between partners and internal teams to accelerate opportunity conversion.
- Participate in meetings with selected end customers alongside senior sales and partner teams, support relationship-building activities to identify potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities and contribute to ensuring a positive customer experience while reinforcing the partner as the primary customer owner.
- Work closely with Industry Growth Leaders, Business Development Hub, and Partner Managers to support business objectives; collaborate across functions to ensure effective communication, knowledge sharing, and execution of growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong interest in sales, business development, channel management, and commercial growth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret market information and identify trends.
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment with good organizational and strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
