As the Executive Assistant to our Senior Sales Directors in the region Northern Europe, you are responsible for assisting in day-to-day missions! You will be the “go-to” person “in-the-know” to facilitate communication and solutions for the executive, team, and 3DS customers.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the calendar and time of the two Directors (Direct/Partner Sales), including organizing internal and external meetings, extensive travel planning, creating expense reports, eProcurement orders, and handling internal and external communication.
- Prepare high-level presentations (e.g., for sales activities) and contribute content-wise.
- Actively anticipate requests and facilitate solutions for the Sales Leaders on a daily basis.
- Serve as the interface between the managing team in Northern Europe and Headquarters, customers, and partners.
- Facilitate interactions with other organizations, ensuring high quality of execution and service.
- Participate in and/or support large-scale internal and external events.
- Set up processes and communicate process information throughout the team on behalf of the managing executive.
Qualifications
- Professional training as an Assistant or a comparable bachelor’s degree.
- Ability to build relationships both one-to-one and within teams and organizations.
- Develop a network by liaising with local colleagues and those abroad in our worldwide offices and key customers.
- Understand priorities and manage the completion of multiple requests from different sources.
- Competent in expense reporting procedures, international conversions, and adherence to travel policies.
- Project poise under pressure, especially during sales closing periods.
