We are looking for a Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging Intern to assist with various team initiatives and projects. This is a 12-month internship based in one of our offices: Hammersmith, Cambridge or Warwick, with a 40-hour workweek. Dassault Systèmes, the 3DEXPERIENCE Company, provides businesses and individuals with virtual universes to imagine sustainable innovations. Our world-leading solutions transform the way products are designed, produced and supported.

Role Description & Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing Employee Resource Group (ERG) events and activities to foster an inclusive workplace culture
  • Working with the Executive Sponsor and DI&B Lead for Northern Europe on multiple Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging topics
  • Organizing the DIB Calendar
  • Scheduling events
  • Owning the DIB Dashboard
  • Working with the Communications team

Qualifications

  • An ideal opportunity for a person who has strong organizational and project management skills and who also has a passion for DI&B topics
  • Creating diversity analytics to understand and track performance in the organization, including legislative requirements
  • Celebrating diversity through organized events and awareness sessions
