Your Role
As an Aircraft Mechanic at our Farnborough Line Station, you will support Licensed Engineers in carrying out maintenance tasks on business aircraft, both scheduled and unscheduled. You’ll be a key member of the production team, responsible for maintaining the highest standards in safety, quality, and on-time delivery, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance tasks in line with the MOE and industry standards
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance during all maintenance activities
- Accurately record man-hours, materials, and completed work documentation
- Provide support for AOG/MRT activities when needed
- Assist with light scheduled maintenance and AOG recovery
- Ensure aircraft presentation meets the highest standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace
- Support Line Station Manager with strategic projects and regulatory adherence
- Mentor and coach Apprentices as required
Your Profile
- Completed an apprenticeship or appropriate aviation mechanical training
- 2+ years of aeronautical experience in Line Maintenance, with at least 12 months of practical experience
- Experience on private/business aircraft (preferred)
- Understanding of Part 145 regulations and company MOE
- Familiar with HF/FTS and EWIS requirements
- Proficient with IT systems and tooling/equipment used in maintenance
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- UK driving license and eligibility for an airside pass
- Right to work in the UK without restrictions
