Responsible for performing & certifying maintenance activity on allocated aircraft inputs in a Line Maintenance environment & Away from Base, supporting the maintenance management with delivering 'world class' standards in terms of Safety, Quality, Cost and Delivery. Maintaining the highest standards in terms of aircraft presentation, hangar husbandry and personal appearance in line with industry expectations.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Part of Production Team responsible for supporting the delivery of aircraft line maintenance inputs (whether casualty of scheduled) at Farnborough and Luton Stations.
- Part of the team responsible for supporting DABS MCC Mobile Response Team for Away from Base support.
- Capable of assuming responsibilities if the business requires for individual inputs or absences at Farnborough, and at other DABS stations.
- Responsible for their own Safety and Quality.
- Correct use and application of Tooling, Maintenance Data, Acceptance of Components.
- Man-hour recording; accuracy and timeliness.
- Completion and certification of maintenance documentation, including the appropriate 'staging' of complex tasks and independent inspections, as required.
- Aircraft presentation (external and internal).
- As required, instigate appropriate actions for formal Occurrence Reporting.
- As required, instigate appropriate actions for Non-Conformance Reporting.
- Ensure Personal training records are kept up-to-date (in conjunction with Quality & Training) and that aircraft type approvals are processed in a timely manner.
- To deliver strategic projects as defined by the Line Maintenance and AOG Manager.
- Ensures personal presentation is with Customers' expectations including the obligations of working on an Airfield, and the appropriate use of PPE.
- Adhere to, and promote the safety and quality policy specified in the MOE.
- Support the Line Managers in running Line Maintenance Inputs.
- Support the Line Maintenance and AOG Manager in the production, development and currency of all relevant MOE maintenance procedures and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Delivers the highest standards for Cabin appearance and presentation to the Customer.
- Adheres to the Company's Environmental Health and Safety policy.
- Assists with the implementation of new systems as appropriate e.g. One Quantum.

- Knowledge of Safety Management Systems and Just Culture.
- Knowledge of CDCCL when relevant.
- Ability to determine required qualifications for task performance.
- Ability to identify and rectify existing and potential unsafe conditions.
- Ability to confirm proper accomplishment of maintenance tasks.
- Ability to identify and properly plan performance of a critical task.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and report the discrepancies.
- Ability to use, control and be familiar with required tooling and/or equipment.
Requirements:
- Have the right to work in the UK without restriction.
- Must hold an unrestricted B1 or B2 EASA Pt 66 licence.
- Preferably also hold a UK CAA B1 or B2 Pt 66 license.
- Is current with HF requirements.
- Computer Literate.
- Full UK driving license.
- Type approvals held (relevant to Dassault Aviation Business Services Farnborough Limited).
