To provide structured operational support to the Sales function by managing CRM, order administration, and event logistics — enabling the Sales Lead to focus on revenue growth, partnerships, and strategic expansion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in implementing and maintaining a structured CRM system
  • Maintain accurate pipeline updates and opportunity tracking
  • Ensure all active sales opportunities have updated status and next action recorded
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
  • Coordinate order processing and distributor documentation
  • Support onboarding of new distributor and retail accounts
  • Schedule meetings and track follow-ups
  • Coordinate trade show logistics (samples, materials, shipping)
  • Prepare sales kits and event documentation
  • Log and track event leads in CRM
  • Support post-event follow-up tracking
  • Assist in basic event ROI tracking

REQUIREMENTS

  • A bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • High attention to detail, process-driven and disciplined
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and spreadsheets
  • Able to work in-office 5 days per week

Preferred

  • Previous experience in sales operations or admin support
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Background in gaming, consumer electronics, or retail industry
  • Experience coordinating trade shows or events
  • Experience creating SOPs or process documentation
