Role Description
Dash is seeking skilled Composite Laminators and Trimmers for a full-time, on-site position at its facility in Abingdon-On-Thames. The role involves laying up pre-impregnated composite materials, or trimming and assembling. We aim to meet the highest quality standards and have dual QA on every component made. Additional tasks include maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and collaborating with the engineering team to achieve production goals. These positions require a commitment to precision, attention to detail, and adhering to established safety and quality protocols.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in composite laminating, trimming, and assembly techniques
- Attention to detail, precision cutting, and the ability to meet detailed specifications
- Familiarity with reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints
- Experience using tools and equipment such as trimming tools, hand tools, and measuring instruments
