COMPOSITE WORKSHOP LEADS
Oxfordshire | £42,000 + overtime | Relocation assistance available
We’re looking for a couple of experienced Composite Laminators/ Senior Laminators / Team Leaders to take a leading, hands-on role within our growing composite manufacturing team.
We manufacture bespoke carbon composite components for the high-end automotive & hypercar sector. It’s a friendly environment where everyone helps each other and we aim to have a enjoyable working life!
This isn’t a desk job. We want someone who loves composites, takes pride in exceptional workmanship and is ready to become the person who sets the standard for the team.
We’re looking for:
- Strong prepreg carbon laminating experience
- Excellent hand lay-up and bagging attention to detail
- Experience leading, mentoring or supervising others
- Motorsport, F1, hypercar, automotive or aerospace experience advantageous
