In a world where old school soft drinks, unnecessary food waste and outdated business practices are a thing of the past, DASH is leading the healthy hydration revolution. We infuse our super tasty waters with real wonky fruit. That’s the bent, crushed, misshapen fruit that supermarkets say no to. No sugar, no sweeteners, no worries. DASH launched in 2017 and has quickly become the market leading brand in a category that has grown over 60% YoY in the UK. DASH has an industry-leading DTC platform, and in 2026 we will sell over 56 million cans in 20+ international markets with notable retailers including: Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Waitrose, Ocado and M&S. We are incredibly proud to say that we are a Certified B Corporation. We always intend to use our business as a force for good, and now it’s official.

We’re looking for a Senior Creative Designer to join our Brand + Creative team, reporting into our Design Lead. This is a hands‑on role for a highly creative, passionate designer who is as comfortable setting creative vision and leading on concepts as they are opening Illustrator and designing themselves.

Key responsibilities:

  • Partner with brand leadership and the Design Lead to turn brand vision and business objectives into compelling creative concepts, owning the idea from brief to final design and shaping how it's brought to life.
  • Bring strategic thinking to every brief, grounding ideas in consumer insight and brand strategy, and help shape DASH’s longer-term creative direction.
  • Craft high-quality work across key brand touchpoints, from marketing comms to packaging, POS, retailer partnerships and in-store.
  • Drive brand buzz through standout creative for launches, campaigns, cultural moments and retail‑led partnerships, working closely with commercial colleagues on ideas that get people talking and drive sales in store.
  • Build visually led pitch decks and confidently present ideas to internal teams, retailers and partners, while staying open to feedback.
  • Act as guardian of the DASH brand identity across in‑house and agency‑led projects, whether producing campaigns fully in house or guiding external agencies.
  • Manage multiple projects to timelines, budgets and retailer requirements.

About you:

  • Significant experience in a senior designer or creative role, with a strong track record across creative concepting and graphic design.
  • Proven experience creating integrated marketing comms, campaigns and retail pitches or in‑store creative. Experience with brand partnerships or retail‑led activations is a big plus.
  • Experience within FMCG, beauty, fashion or lifestyle, ideally with brands that operate in a fast‑paced retail environment.
  • A standout portfolio that shows big‑picture conceptual thinking, a clear creative rationale behind every idea and exceptional design craft.
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite; Figma experience ideal.
  • Experience in packaging design, setting up print‑ready files and working closely with printers and packaging suppliers independently is a bonus.

At DASH, we’re looking for people who take ownership and follow things through, even when it gets challenging. You’re someone who cuts through complexity, focuses on what matters and turns ideas into action. You’re proactive, thoughtful in your approach and not afraid to share your perspective openly and honestly. You use AI as a natural part of how you work not because you've been told to, but because you're always looking for smarter faster ways to get to better outcomes. You don't need to be an expert, but you're curious, you experiment, and you're not precious about how things have always been done.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary and discretionary bonus.
  • Hybrid working with minimum three days in the office a week.
  • Consideration for share option scheme (after 1 year service).
  • 25 days holiday a year.
  • Subsidised public transport travel (Zones 1-2).
  • Classpass and Headspace subscriptions.
  • Salary sacrifice nursery scheme.
  • Work phone.
  • Enhanced family friendly policies.
  • Free tasty breakfast in the office.
  • Regular social events with the team.
  • Dynamic and supportive working environment.
  • As much DASH as you can drink!
