In a world where old school soft drinks, unnecessary food waste and outdated business practices are a thing of the past, DASH is leading the healthy hydration revolution. We infuse our super tasty waters with real wonky fruit. That’s the bent, crushed, misshapen fruit that supermarkets say no to. No sugar, no sweeteners, no worries. DASH launched in 2017 and has quickly become the market leading brand in a category that has grown over 60% YoY in the UK. DASH has an industry-leading DTC platform, and in 2026 we will sell over 56 million cans in 20+ international markets with notable retailers including: Sainsbury's, Tesco, Waitrose, Ocado and M&S. We are incredibly proud to say that we are a Certified B Corporation. We always intend to use our business as a force for good, and now it’s official.
The Role
We’re looking for an ambitious and commercially driven National Account Manager to lead and grow Dash Water's presence within the Out of Home (OOH) channel. This role will own key national wholesale and foodservice accounts including Bidfood, Brakes, and DDC, while also managing and developing a team of two salespeople focused on winning new business and growing current accounts. This is a hands-on, high-impact role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is excited to help scale a challenger brand. You’ll manage and expand current accounts, open new routes to market, and deliver exceptional partnerships that reflect our brand values and commercial ambitions.
Key Responsibilities
- National Account Management
- Own and grow relationships with major OOH customers including Bidfood, Brakes, DDC, and other national and regional wholesalers.
- Develop and execute joint business plans to drive distribution, rate of sale, visibility, and profitability.
- Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, promotions, listings, and contractual agreements.
- Manage forecasts, volume targets, and promotional planning in line with company objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all national OOH customers.
- Analyse monthly data from Bidfood's Bidview and the DDC report to recognise new areas of growth, shifts in focus and provide insights to build proof of concept.
- New Business & Channel Growth
- Identify and unlock new OOH opportunities across foodservice, hospitality, leisure, travel and workplace channels.
- Work closely with your team to drive new customer acquisition and distribution wins.
- Build compelling sell-in stories aligned to Dash Water's brand, sustainability credentials, and consumer demand.
- Team Leadership
- Work with The OOH Controller to build and manage a strategy to drive and grow the OOH channel.
- Line-manage and coach two Sales Executives (1 NAM, 1 NAE), setting clear targets and performance expectations.
- Support the team in pipeline management, customer engagement, and closing new business.
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative sales culture focused on results and continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations to ensure excellent execution.
- Provide market insight, customer feedback, and competitor intelligence to inform strategy.
