As Logistics Pipeline Manager, you will play a vital role in keeping our vehicles running smoothly and safely. You will be a direct report to the General Manager at Dash Linen. This vital role takes lots of dedication and commitment to make sure our business logistics pipeline runs without a hitch.

You will also need to understand the customer pipeline including procurement, finance, customer service and transport. You will cover our Transport Manager, Accounts lead and customer manager when they are on leave or not available in a “hands on” role so that you really understand what is happening.

You will be monitoring fleet maintenance, communicating with our customers if required and undertaking appraisals and managing uniform. Being a safety champion to challenge driver non‑compliance is essential. Claims from drivers will only increase in the next 10 years, so we need to be exemplary with training records and welfare meetings. We will not continue to employ any driver who is a risk to the public or our financial bottom line.

You will also lead on looking to integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) into the business to secure business advantage.
