DASCO Construction Ltd are an expanding family building maintenance and construction company, delivering projects and framework contracts for Local Authority, Social Housing and Commercial Clients.
We are seeking to recruit a groundworker / bricklayer for work central to Wigan and surrounding areas throughout the North West.
We aim to keep your work areas local to your base starting location.
The ideal candidate will have experience of completing works to a good standard on social housing properties. The work will consist of various flagging, fencing and brickwork repairs.
The successful candidate should have:
Experience within the building industry
Suitable qualifications
Full UK Driving Licence
A valid CSCS card
Asbestos Awareness
The role is a permanent position, 40 hours per week between 7.30am - 4.00pm. this can be flexible.
Overtime / weekends are available although this is not essential.
Company van and fuel card for work use only.
Subcontract labour only operatives will also be considered, wages negotiable.
