Our Employment Law team manage all aspects of employment law, from advising an employee on pursuing an unfair dismissal claim, or a claim for unpaid wages, to defending claims of whistleblowing and discrimination on behalf of respondents. As well as acting for employees and employers during the litigation process, they also provide advisory HR services such as drafting contracts & policies or guiding and supporting businesses through the complexity of employment law requirements.

There’s an established pipeline of work available, and this is a great opportunity to raise your individual and business profile. You can also look forward to being part of a team who boast a wealth of experience, unrivalled support and opportunities for you to grow and develop, which are actively encouraged.

This is (ideally) a hybrid role – minimum 2 days per week in the office. The role can be full-time or part-time (4 days a week, or the equivalent hours), and you’ll be based in Bristol City Centre or Bedwas in South Wales. We may consider fully remote candidates, dependent upon experience.
