ARAG UK Group are looking for a Strategic Account Executive to join our BTE Partnerships Team. Reporting into the Strategic Partnerships Manager, this is a great opportunity for the successful candidate to expand their business knowledge across all areas whilst holding responsibility for managing Business Partner escalations, distributing management information (MI), producing Quarterly Review Packs, and supporting the wider Partnerships team. This role supports a number of partnerships and helps the team provide outstanding administration services to both internal stakeholders and external business partner relationships.

Responsibilities include:

  • Building relationships with strategic accounts to support our partnerships.
  • Coordinating governance meetings, ensuring adherence to a monthly schedule and organising onsite meetings with Business Partners.
  • Preparing meeting agendas, documenting minutes, and tracking follow-up actions.
  • Collecting, reviewing and distributing monthly and quarterly Business Partner Management Information.
  • Effectively using companywide platforms to ensure stakeholders at all parties are informed of developments within each partnership.
  • Handling business partner queries and enquiries, ensuring responses are delivered promptly and ensuring the relevant department provides timely and thorough responses.
  • Establishing relationships with internal stakeholders to meet the needs of our business partners and customers.
  • Coordinating audits and due diligence questionnaires, which may involve planning and hosting on-site audits.
  • Providing support for the wider team when required on ad-hoc project requirements as well as collaborating with your team to provide outstanding administrative services across both internal and external parties.

About You

We are keen to hear from candidates with the ability to communicate effectively and build collaborative working relationships across a wide matrix of internal and external stakeholders. In addition, you will ideally have:

  • Effective relationship building skills, and the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks.
  • A proactive and innovative mind-set to engage in stakeholder management.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
