ARAG in Bristol is seeking a Senior Associate – Professional Negligence to lead an autonomous caseload on a hybrid basis, with a minimum of two days per week in the office. You will handle complex litigation from inception to trial and resolve cases through mediation or other ADR methods, coordinating with Senior and Principal Associates to ensure high service levels.
You will supervise fee-earners, demonstrate compliance with SLAs, MI, and cost controls, and maintain excellent client service
