Credit Controller

ARAG UK are seeking a Credit Controller to join ourmarket-leading business. As part of the high-performing Cash Management team,this role will involve chasing and collecting unpaid premiums on cases from BTEAgents and Business Partners who have failed to make payment to us when thecases are settled and become due. This is a varied role, and the successfulcandidate will liaise with internal sections of our BTE business areas.

Building a strong communication level with all internal and all externalcustomers is key, and this opportunity would suit candidates with thecapability to engage with senior stakeholders verbally, written and face toface where required. You will work as part of a successful team with the otherCredit Controllers, and key responsibilities will include:

• Chasing outstanding premiums due on atimely basis
• Checking the bank statement daily todownload and post any BACS payment that relate to premium payments for BTEbusiness partners
• Undertaking cash posting daily toAgency Discus and account reconciliations as required
• Ensuring processing deadlines are metas required, especially at month end
• Work collaboratively with the widercredit control team in recovery of all business debtors
• Creating and maintaining Agencyrecords for BTE & ATE business partners

We're keen to hear from candidates that can demonstrate excellent communication skills at all levels, and competency using MS Word, Excel and Outlook. You will have a high standard of numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail, as well as strong organisational and time management skills.Previous experience of working in a credit control department or with account procedures is advantageous, but not essential, and full training and support will be provided.As a team we are passionate and enthusiastic about what we do.
