OverviewARAG Group are looking for a Business Support Administrator to join our friendly and supportive Claims Department in our Bedwas office. Our Claims Department is at the heart of our market‐leading legal expenses insurance provision, and we are looking for individuals who have a passion for providing an excellent service to our customers and business partners. We offer the opportunity of flexible working, with most of our colleagues working from home at least part of the week, and enjoy the comprehensive benefits package we have to offer. The team culture is supportive and focussed on developing one another.

Responsibilities

Ensure all communication with our customers, colleagues, suppliers or regulatory stakeholders is dealt with in a clear, concise and honest manner whilst ensuring that it remains sensitive and empathic to the customers, suppliers and business partner\’s needs.

Correspond with customers via telephone and email efficiently.

QualificationsWe are keen to hear from candidates that have the ability to communicate at all levels and build relationships with customers, business partners and colleagues. Ideally, you will work well under pressure and adapt to change. Previous experience working within an office environment is highly desirable, with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office and data entry skills.
