We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Specialist to support the Digital Delivery Manager in ARAG UK’s digital marketing strategy. In this role, you will play a key part in optimising our websites, building and maintaining high‑performing landing pages and delivering effective digital marketing communications that drive lead generation and improve sales conversion. You will act as a specialist in website‑related activity, with a strong understanding of content, user experience, automation and web development, while having the confidence and communication skills to shape best practice across the business. This role combines technical expertise with strong organisational skills and the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with a wide range of stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing and optimising content across all ARAG websites and partner microsites, ensuring accuracy, performance and a consistent user experience.
- Delivering website improvements using UX, mobile and SEO/GEO best practices to increase engagement, conversion and visibility.
- Supporting the delivery of digital projects, working with internal and external stakeholders to meet deadlines and business priorities.
- Monitoring and reporting on website and campaign performance, producing clear MI and insights using Google Analytics and CRM data.
- Owning CRM optimisation and development, partnering with Sales and IT to maximise data quality and measurable business results.
- Leading the Broker Training Platform, managing suppliers, updating content and driving internal and external engagement through digital promotion.
As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will bring hands‑on experience managing multiple websites and domains, with a solid grounding in HTML, CSS and modern web technologies, and the confidence to work comfortably within a CMS environment. You will be able to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and confidently to senior stakeholders, building credibility and understanding. You will also work closely with technical teams and collaborate effectively with external agencies and business partners to deliver high‑quality digital outcomes.
Qualifications and experience:
- Strong working knowledge of web design, development, SEO and analytics (Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
- Advanced CRM experience, ideally within Microsoft Dynamics.
- Solid understanding of digital and online marketing channels.
- Excellent written, visual and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail.
- Proven delivery of high‑quality digital projects and products.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in ambiguity.
- Confidence in challenging inefficiencies to improve service delivery.
- Good organisation with strong prioritisation and project management skills.
- Hands‑on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere).
