We are delighted to announce an excellent opportunity for a Contact Centre Advisor to join the team at ARAG UK Group, a leading provider of insurance and legal services.

The position is based in our Bristol office, just a short walk from Cabot Circus with convenient transport links to the City Centre and Temple Meads. You will enjoy a modern working environment alongside a team of friendly and experienced advisors.

In this telephone-based role, your responsibilities will include managing both calls and emails from policyholders and business partners. You will offer advice, assistance, and information, while also supporting colleagues in our law, legal advice, and claims teams.

This position is vital to the effective operation of our claims and legal services environment. We seek applicants who are passionate about delivering friendly, proactive customer service with empathy and efficiency. To support you in this, we provide a comprehensive training programme from your first day, along with ongoing career development support across the company.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills and active listening ability.
  • Capacity to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, building strong relationships with customers, business partners, and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and programmes.
  • Dedication to achieving positive outcomes for our customers.
