ARAG Law is looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Client Onboarding Administrator to join our Legal Operations team in Bristol. This is a front‑of‑house role where you will play a vital part in shaping our clients’ first experience with us and help provide an excellent level of support to individuals who need our help and expertise with legal services at ARAG Law. Your focus will be onboarding new clients efficiently and accurately while delivering a consistently high standard of service, ensuring that their first impression with us is seamless and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
- Contacting new clients to gather key information and support the onboarding process
- Opening and maintaining new files on our case management system across multiple law departments
- Providing administrative support to legal teams as required
- Handling client communications via phone, email and post
- Responding to tasks within shared mailboxes and supporting the smooth running of the wider team

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer‑facing role such as retail, call centres, hospitality or similar environments. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
- Experience within a law firm or knowledge of legal processes is an advantage but not essential.
- You will be able to showcase skills and ability to manage a varied workload.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to ensuring good customer outcomes
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure
- Flexible, reliable approach and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
