ARAG is seeking an Associate – Professional Negligence to manage a demanding caseload of consumer and commercial contract litigation.

You will handle cases from inception to trial, including mediation or ADR, while ensuring compliance with ARAG Law Supervision Policy and internal SLAs.

You will work with Principal Associates to deliver on KPIs, drive cost-effective matter handling, and contribute to a culture of excellence in client service and knowledge sharing.
