These are exciting times at ARAG Law as we are experiencing positive change and sustained growth across our friendly and high-performing Employment Law department. Our Employment Law team manages all aspects of employment law, from advising employees on unfair dismissal claims or unpaid wages to defending whistleblowing and discrimination claims on behalf of respondents. They also provide advisory HR services such as drafting contracts & policies, and guiding businesses through employment law complexities.
We’re seeking an Employment Associate to handle a variety of employment work, from initial referral to conclusion. This includes non-contentious work like advising on settlement agreement terms, drafting and negotiating settlement agreements, employment contracts, and policies. We promote a culture of effective and efficient case handling, ensuring our clients receive the highest standard of service. You will adhere to regulatory and company processes while considering cost aspects. There is an established pipeline of work, offering a great opportunity to enhance your profile.
You will be part of a team with extensive experience, unrivalled support, and opportunities for growth and development. This role can be hybrid—minimum 2 days per week in the office—if you live within a commutable distance of our Bristol City Centre or Bedwas offices. Fully remote candidates will also be considered, depending on experience. The role can be full-time or part-time (4 days a week or equivalent hours).
