Project focus
Designing and delivering a secure, resilient Cisco telephony and unified communications architecture for a client operating in a highly regulated sector, including integration with enterprise communication platforms.
Key skills and Experience required
- 8+ years in Cisco telephony, voice and unified communications architecture, ideally within defence, aerospace, government or other highly regulated sectors
- Strong expertise in Cisco Collaboration, CUCM, Unity Connection, Webex, SIP, VoIP and enterprise telephony
- Proven experience designing and implementing secure, resilient and highly available voice architectures across complex enterprise environments
- Strong knowledge of network security, IAM, encryption, firewalls, QoS and Zero Trust principles
- Experience integrating Cisco telephony with Microsoft Teams, contact centres and other enterprise communication platforms
- Experience working with classified/sensitive environments, government security standards or security-cleared projects highly desirable
- Cisco certifications such as CCIE Collaboration, CCNP Collaboration or equivalent advantageous
