Project focus: Designing and supporting secure, resilient Cisco collaboration, conferencing and video solutions for a client operating in a highly regulated sector, including integration with enterprise communication platforms.
Key skills and Experience required:
- 8+ years in Cisco Collaboration, Conferencing and Video, ideally within defence, aerospace, government or other highly regulated sectors
- Strong expertise in Cisco Webex, CUCM, Cisco Video, SIP, VoIP and Unified Communications
- Proven experience designing and supporting secure, resilient and highly available collaboration and video solutions
- Strong knowledge of networking, QoS, firewalls, security, encryption and enterprise communications infrastructure
- Experience integrating Cisco solutions with Microsoft Teams and other collaboration platforms
- Experience working in security-sensitive environments and with government/defence security standards highly desirable
- CCNP/CCIE Collaboration or equivalent Cisco certification advantageous
