Project focus
Our clients technology build-and-design unit is rebuilding its recruiting analytics function. You’ll join a small analytics team modernising a self-service reporting platform that covers hiring performance, pipeline health, and talent-acquisition outcomes, pulling data together from enterprise systems and manual sources into one clear, trusted view for recruiting leadership. There’s also room to pilot AI-enabled approaches to recruiting analytics as part of the role.
Key skills and Experience required
- 3-5 years’ experience in analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or talent/people analytics
- Advanced Tableau skills, with a track record of building and maintaining business-critical dashboards
- Strong analytical ability, translating data into clear, actionable insight
- Experience combining multiple data sources, including structured and manual datasets
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint for analysis, reporting, and stakeholder communication
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and managing multiple priorities independently
- Recruitment, talent-acquisition, or people analytics background preferred
- Exposure to an applicant-tracking or CRM system (e.g. iCIMS) a strong advantage
- SQL, Alteryx, VBA, or Power Automate a plus
- Fluent English; German a plus
