PCS7 Batch / Recipe Engineer (DRWN) Job title – PCS7 Batch / Recipe Engineer Client Location – Liverpool, UK Remote work offering – Hybrid (remote, with customer site attendance as required) Client Industry – Industrial Automation / Pharmaceutical Contract Length – 6 months Contract type – Freelance Project focus: Delivery of a PCS7 Batch control solution for a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing process. You will lead recipe design and batch documentation, review configuration work from the batch engineering team, act as the go-to technical expert on PCS7 Batch, and see the scope through internal and customer FAT. Key skills and Experience required: Extensive hands-on experience with Siemens PCS7 and SIMATIC BATCH (BatchCC), including EPH and EM configuration Strong working knowledge of ISA-88 batch control principles and recipe design Proven track record writing and reviewing recipe definitions, FDS, DDS and test specifications Reviewing configuration work packs and guiding batch configurators through technical issues Leading internal FAT and supporting customer FAT, SAT and commissioning Working to GAMP5 guidelines in a regulated environment, ideally pharmaceutical or life sciences Gathering batch process requirements directly with end users and translating them into technical solutions Familiarity with CMT libraries, Plant Generator and SIMIT simulation is a plus Able to attend customer site in Liverpool as required and work within a cyber secure environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
