Low/No Code Developer – Legal Tech (ShareDo Platform)

Hybrid (2 days in-office, West Yorkshire) | Legal / Construction Tech | Low-code + JavaScript

£50-60k (flexible for the right person) + 10% pension + 25 days holiday + bank holidays and the ability to purchase 5 more days

Darwin Recruitment are working exclusively with a client who is investing heavily in their ShareDo platform-a modern SaaS solution used to manage complex legal and case workflows. They\’re looking for a low-code developer to help configure and enhance the platform, introducing automation, streamlining processes, and supporting long-term product growth.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in low-code environments (e.g., ShareDo, Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.), has some hands-on JavaScript experience, and wants to grow within a product-focused tech team.

What You\’ll Be Doing

• Configure workflows, forms, and templates within the ShareDo platform
• Extend the platform with light JavaScript development (around 20%)
• Build API integrations with external systems
• Work closely with product and operations teams to implement scalable solutions
• Support the introduction of AI and automation features to drive efficiency

What You\’ll Need

• 2-4 years\’ experience with low-code/no-code platforms (ShareDo, ServiceNow, Salesforce)
• Strong understanding of workflow design and business process modelling
• Some experience with JavaScript and working with APIs
• Familiarity with Agile (Scrum) working methods
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
