The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Fluent OMS Tech Lead / Architect to join a large-scale Order Management transformation programme. This role will play a key part in designing, implementing, and enhancing Fluent OMS solutions to support complex omnichannel retail operations. You will work closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and enterprise architects to deliver scalable and robust order management capabilities across multiple channels and fulfilment networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and technical design of Fluent OMS solutions
- Configure and enhance order orchestration, inventory, and fulfilment processes
- Design and oversee integrations with eCommerce, ERP, WMS, CRM, and other enterprise platforms
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and delivery teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
- Ensure best practices are followed across architecture, integration, and deployment activities

- Proven hands‑on experience with Fluent OMS
- Strong background in solution architecture and technical leadership
