Darwin Recruitment are looking for a Staffing Operations Administrator to join the team for 6 months maternity cover. The opportunity available is focused on Darwin's UK, German and US operations and can be split into 3 main categories:
- Timesheet management and reporting for Contractors and Leased Consultants
- Timely Client invoicing and payment schedules for Contractors and Consultants
- Compliance and Care (20%)
Ensure ongoing compliance of Consultancy staff including permits, right to work, ID verification, payroll structure (Freelance/Employee/B2B). Onboarding contractors regarding Darwin's systems and processes. Liaise with customers to ensure timely payments and build strong relations to facilitate ongoing business. Manage overdue accounts, implementing effective debt recovery procedures and following up with clients as needed. Provide regular reports on receivables and overdue accounts to senior management.
Experience working in an Accounts Payable / Pay & Bill function. Team player who can contribute to the facilities management of the local office.
